Jerry Hernandez, based in Los Angeles, is a 16-year veteran of the real estate industry who has represented clients all over Southern California in numerous real estate transactions. Having cut his teeth during the market crash of 2008, Jerry is the kind of Realtor who has seen it all. Through his consummate professionalism, he has built a solid reputation and is committed to providing clients with the best service possible.

His previous career in the auto industry sharpened his competitive edge and attention to detail which he channels into an innovative plan of action. Jerry is known as the "Open House King" as he hosts more - rain or shine - than any other Realtor in the surrounding area. His customer service is impeccable as he works tirelessly to find buyers for active listings on the market. On the seller's side, Jerry helps clients wisely invest in property preparation, including professional photography, MLS description, gardening, and maid service. By consistently delivering results, his expertise continues to exceed expectations.

Jerry's unique approach to real estate resulted in his business booming during the COVID-19 pandemic. He averaged US $5 million in production in the last 3 years, a testament to his incredible work ethic and dedication to his craft. When not busy with his clients, Jerry satisfies his passion to serve by actively volunteering in the community. Proudly sober for 13 years, he helps other alcoholics on their path to recovery. A devoted family man and the oldest of three brothers, Jerry is also a dedicated single father raising his 3-year-old daughter Leilah. He loves visiting Las Vegas as well as vacationing in his native Mexico.
